Our Packages
We have created packages that deliver value, as well as maintaining as much of a fixed price as possible (good for the accountants). Each of our maintenance and service level agreements charges a minimum monthly fee and includes credit to be used for technical support, general consulting services and critical system restoration assistance. Our packages give you the peace of mind that someone is there to help you when things go wrong.
24x7 - 2 Hour Response - 365 Days A Year
For those clients who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and rely heavily on their telecommunications infrastructure. We aim to have a technician take your call in the first instance, however if this isn't possible, we guarantee to be working on the problem within 2 hours. We can also assign multiple technicians to a case to try and resolve it as quickly as possible. The monthly agreement fee for 24x7 coverage is $950.00 ex GST which covers your first server. An additional charge applies for each additional server. Our 24x7 package includes up to 5 hours of free support.
8x5 - 2 Hour Response - Business Days
For organizations that operate a standard 9 - 5 day on business days, this plan ensures that work has started to resolve your technical issues within 2 hours of your call. The monthly agreement fee for 8x5 coverage is $550.00 ex GST which covers your first server. An additional charge applies for each additional server. Our 8x5 package includes up to 3 hours of free support in any given month.

Maintenance Agreements
All systems need maintenance to remain in tip-top condition and to prevent hardware and software failures. Our team can provide you with a suggested maintenance regime and will be happy to carry it out on a monthly basis for you. This can save considerable money as it removes the need for you to retain staff with a knowledge of Asterisk and the server equipment the solution is deployed on.
